Getting Involved
Through
Sponsorship

There are many ways to get involved and assist us in supporting those less fortunate than us.

Very often it is not possible to volunteer your time due to work, family or other commitments. However, it is our experience that many people do obtain great satisfaction assisting, not necessarily through volunteering their services, but by donations of a financial or product nature.

If this is a choice for you, there are many ways you can assist us. Perhaps you could consider:

- Sponsorship of items needed on our Street Outreaches

- If you own your own business a Media Sponsorship could be for you:
  • Offer your business services to support our initiatives (this is tax deductible)
  • Plan to use some of your advertising budget to support our message
  • Purchase an advertisement in our annual calendar.
  • Purchase an advertisement in our quarterly Newsletter
  • Support our Street Outreaches

- Become a webpage sponsor - (Media Sponsor).

- Set up a regular monthly donation on our website.

- Offer to pay for a month's supply of milk, juice and bread - (Street Outreach Sponsor)

- Offer to pay for one months’ copy, fax or phone bill.

- Offer to pay for a month's fuel cost for one of our outreach vans.

- There are many ways schools and colleges are able to assist us through product drives and donations.

- Contact us to discuss other options.

You Have A Friend
It's the same the whole world over,
It's the poor wot gets the blame,
It's the rich wot gets the gravy.
Ain't it all a bleedin' shame?

Chorus of the song "She was Poor but she was Honest", popular among British Army soldiers during the First World War.

Beg help and you will meet with refusals; ask for alms and you will meet with misers.
