"School Sponsorship"
We encourage as many schools as possible to become involved
with "You Have A Friend".
We provide regular school talks on "social" topics and issues
and we do provide a "School Street Outreach" program, which allows senior students with a teacher to accompany us on our street outreaches each week.
Training is provided for both students and teachers alike and past experience provies this has been most beneficial to those taking part.
We encourage schools taking part in street outreaches, to assist us by organising drives for items such as tea, coffee, milo and at certain times of the year, winter woollens.
