Tweed Heads Gulu Walk
All Ages WELCOME

We welcome as many people as possible to join us on 24th October in Tweed Heads
Australia as we walk to bring the plight of the thousands of children in Uganda to
the world.

Gulu Walk Date:                  24th October 2009

Start Location:                     Jack Evans Boat Harbour - Old Caravan Park

Registration Begins:             3.30pm (New South Wales Time)

GuluWalk Start Time:           4.00pm (New South Wales Time)

Walk Route:                        Start from Jack Evans Boat harbour to Durranbah, Point Danger, Rainbow Bay, Greenmount, Coolangatta Surf Club, return to Jack Evans Boat Harbour by the same route in reverse. All walking is on the boardwalk and off the roads.

End Location:                      Jack Evan's Boat Harbour

Post-walk Events:                Tweed River Festival - Lantern Parade - We will end the walk and then join the annual Tweed River Lantern Festival. Our walkers will be involved in carrying lanterns in the festival and the night ends with a majical firworks. - See you there.
